Due to the custom nature of our embroidered products and school uniforms, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please be sure to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Order Accuracy

We encourage you to double-check your order details, including sizes, colors, embroidery text, and any customization preferences. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds in customization.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at EVERYDAY UNIFORMS to sales@everydayuniformsllc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or refund for defective merchandise.

  1. Customization Errors

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all embroidery and customization, please verify all text, names, and logos at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in customization that were submitted by the customer.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for order fulfillment depending on our volume of orders, especially during school season. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we will notify you as soon as your order has shipped.
